The temperature in NCR has dipped to below 5 degree Celsius. The situation is further worsened by rains and cold winds. Seeing some children shivering in the cold while selling balloons or collecting scraps from road sides, the three directors of the foundation reached out to them and provided blankets to them to fight the bone biting cold.
